This note explains the limited information we receive when you send a mobile-product question through the Weniparo reservation desk.

What we receive

We receive your name, email address, selected condition and message when you submit the request form. Please do not send passwords, production tokens, payment details, private customer records or other confidential material.

How it is used

Information is used only to respond to the mobile-product situation you describe. It is not sold, rented or used to create advertising profiles.

Local preference

A browser-only preference records whether you accepted or dismissed the cookie notice. It is not designed to identify you on unrelated websites.

For a privacy question, use the ordinary Contact route and include only the context that is useful for your request.
