Before a session

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, contact us as early as possible. Available alternatives depend on the existing preparation, delivery format and agreed notice period.

Confirmed work

Fees, cancellation conditions and any refund arrangement for paid work are set out in the applicable written confirmation. The Weniparo website does not accept payments directly.

External material

Where specific material is offered through another platform, its particular purchase terms appear there. This site does not complete a purchase.
